Project description
Location and presentation :
The Maurice Béjart school complex was built between June 2020 and January 2022 in Juvignac, and comprises three buildings linked by a footbridge.
The project covers an area of 22,000m².
Owner : Ville de Juvignac Contractors : R+4 Architectes, Konbo Architectes, Gaujard Technologie, INGE +, GECKO, OASSIS, DEXO, H & T, Gui JOURDAN, INGECOR, CEAU
The building complies with RT2012 regulations: Bbio<Bbiomax,CEP<CEPmax.
According to the RT2012 average values for the PEC coefficient, this is negative, which means we can save energy thanks to the photovoltaic panels on our roofs. Let's take a look at the main elements used to calculate the RWH coefficient from the thermal study.
The heat is emitted by two different emitters: radiators with a power of 27.6 kW and a water/water heat pump.
The second heating system is a 14.25 kW underfloor heating system.
Ventilation is provided by a single-flow mechanical CMV linked to an Atlantic Critair EC 1000C4 PCI AHU. Ventilation is also provided by a VMC Confort linked to a Hexamotion AHU.
For supply and return air flow during occupancy we have 3125m²/h, and 0m/h when unoccupied.
The project also features an Atlantic Critaire EC 1000 C4 PCI AHU. The second AHU is a Hexa motion double-flow hygienic ventilation system (DF).
