What will be the guidelines around COVID-19 at Dimensions+ 2022?

As we all know, COVID-19 is a fast-changing situation that we are closely monitoring and will continue to do so in the months leading up to the conference. The health and well-being of our attendees, employees, exhibitors, staff, and communities remain our top priority. We will continue to adhere to the guidance of the World Health Organization, the CDC, the Nevada state and local authorities, as well as Trimble’s best judgment by adjusting our plans accordingly, if necessary.

Please continue to check back for updates as we get closer to the conference date and be on the lookout for emails from the Dimensions team. In the meantime, stay safe, healthy, and we look forward to seeing you in November 2022.

What does registration get me?

When you register for a full conference pass, you’ll have access to the whole Dimensions+ experience, while day passes provide access only on the given day. Events and activities include:

  • Keynotes, sessions and interactive computer labs
  • Offsite demo and hands-on training (transportation provided)
  • Special Monday night reception event
  • Surprise Wednesday night customer appreciation event (transportation provided)
  • Most meals Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (plus snacks!)
  • Opportunities to earn Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit

How much does it cost?

The cost of a full conference pass varies from $1,295–$1,795, depending on how far in advance it is purchased. We also offer special rates on full conference passes for educational institutions and government employees. For those unable to attend the full conference, single day passes are available for $675. Are there group discounts?

Yes, there are several options for group discounts. See: Registration rates

  • Group 10-19 = 5% off
  • Group 20-39 = 10% off
  • Group 40+ = 15% off

Are guest passes available?

Yes. Guest passes are available for those who purchase a full conference pass. A guest pass costs $375 and is valid only for admission to Monday night’s Expo reception event and the Customer Appreciation Party on Wednesday night. Not valid for main conference sessions. See: Registration rates

Are flight and hotel expenses included?

No. Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation and incidental expenses.

What are the acceptable methods of payment?

There are several payment options: credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), check or wire transfer.

Can I have an invoice sent for my registration expense?

Yes. After registering for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email including an invoice for your purchases, sent to the email address that you created your account with.

Where do I mail my payment?

Make your check payable to Enterprise Events Group, and include your name or a copy of your registration information. Check payments are due 14 business days after completing your registration. What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made prior to the end of day October 10, 2022 will receive a full refund minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations requests received after October 10, 2022. Requests must be made in writing via email or mail.

When and where is the conference?

Do foreigners need visas to attend?

Residents of most countries need a visa to travel to the United States. Confirm current visa requirements with your nearest consulate or embassy. If you have questions, please contact

How do I select the sessions I want to attend?

You can select the sessions you’re most interested in attending via the online Session Catalog once it’s available. Registered attendees will receive notification of the catalog release date prior to the general announcement.

What type of educational credits can I receive at Dimensions+?

We will be offering both Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. These will be applied on a session by session basis, more details to come in the Spring. Please note that state and local boards have the final authority on the acceptance of these individual courses and credits.

Where do I pick up my badge?

All badges will be provided on-site at the conference. You will receive s in the days leading up to the conference with further instructions. There will be signs to help guide you once at the Venetian.

What should I wear?

All Trimble Dimensions+ events and activities are “business comfortable.” Whatever that means for you is fine with us.

Are presentations available in languages other than English?

All presentations at Trimble Dimensions+ 2022 will be in English.

What industries will be represented at Dimensions+?

While Dimensions+ is primarily a geospatial, engineering and construction conference, there is representation from many of the industries we serve. Please note that transportation and forestry will not be represented at Dimensions+, but our Transportation team will be hosting the Insight Tech Conference + Expo in August. 

What is the Dimensions+ cancellation policy?

Trimble reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue or Trimble Dimensions+ for any reason. In the case that this does take place, all attendee and sponsor fees that were paid for the Conference will automatically be applied to the rescheduled conference. If the conference is not rescheduled, all attendee and sponsor fees will be fully refunded. Trimble will not be liable for any damages that may be incurred by attendees or sponsors relating to any such cancellation, postponement, or change of venue, including without limitation, airfare, travel and hotel expenses, cancellation penalties and any other expenses.

How can I get a Sponsorship Prospectus?

What is the sponsorship cancellation policy?

All sponsor cancellations must be made in writing to the addresses listed below. 

Cancellations received by Trimble or its designee prior to 5:00pm PT on September 7, 2022 will receive a full refund less a $500 processing fee. Cancellations received by Trimble or its designee after 5:00pm PT September 7, 2022 through October 9, 2022 will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations received after 5:00pm PT on October 10, 2022 will receive no refund. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or for any reason post show.

How do I reserve a room at the special rate?

Booking a room through our dedicated reservation site automatically applies a special nightly rate of $259 (plus tax and discounted daily resort fee of $30/night) as long as rooms are available.

How much is the daily resort fee and what is included?

All guests of Dimensions+ pay a discounted daily resort fee of $30, which includes: access for two to the fitness facility at the Canyon Ranch® spa + fitness, in-suite internet access, boarding pass printing at the Concierge desk, unlimited local and toll-free calls, and access to thousands of top magazines and newspapers with the PressReader app.

Is there parking at The Venetian?

The Venetian Resort offers complimentary valet and self-parking options for guests in both of its towers, including 13 electric vehicle charging stations.

How do I get from the airport to The Venetian if I don’t have a car?

The McCarran International Airport is about 4.5 miles to The Venetian, with multiple options available for transport between the two.

How do I make travel arrangements?

Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference.

What are some things to do in Las Vegas?

What will the weather be like?

The average temperature range in Las Vegas in November is between a high of 66°F and a low of 46°F.
