When scale meets certainty: Engineering India’s next-gen IT park with Tekla Structures

Elematic India used Tekla Structures BIM software to engineer My Home Grava, one of India's largest precast concrete IT parks in Hyderabad. The landmark mixed-use development features eight towers up to 45 floors and 194 meters tall, spanning 25 million square feet.

Elematic generated nearly 20,000 precast shop drawings over four years, leveraging Tekla intelligent numbering, automated quantity take-offs, clash detection and 4D construction scheduling. The BIM-led approach enabled precise coordination across multiple disciplines, reduced errors and ensured on-time delivery of this record-scale precast structure.

Tekla Structures proved essential for managing complex precast concrete connections, reinforcement schedules  and site-ready fabrication drawings at unprecedented scale.
