Supplemental Terms for eCommerce Purchases, which apply to purchases through a Trimble online store or portal governed by the Customer Terms, Offering Terms, Site Terms of Use, or Learn.Trimble Terms of Service.
Early Access Terms and Conditions, which apply to the use of certain pre-release features and functionality in Trimble offerings by customers who do not have existing terms governing access to Trimble pre-release software in their agreement.
Apple Apps Additional Terms, which apply to iOS, iPadOS, and MacOS applications licensed from Trimble when these additional terms are referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provision of products and services by Trimble.
Android Apps Additional Terms, which apply to Android applications licensed from Trimble when these additional terms are referenced in a quotation or similar document for the provision of products and services by Trimble.
