Estimation MEP simplifies and streamlines the estimating process so contractors can complete estimates faster with more confidence and less risk to win more profitable work. The new solution complements the portfolio of Trimble estimating solutions. Trimble’s Total Estimating and Total Estimating+ software supports consultants and contractors already using technology to produce estimates and takeoffs by further improving their workflows and gain more efficiencies. All of Trimble’s estimating solutions are hosted in the cloud and come with access to Luckins content data and collaboration platform Trimble Connect.
The easy-to-use Estimation MEP software combines graphical takeoff, material pricing and labour, and supplier pricing in one, fully-integrated solution. Estimation MEP takeoff functionality streamlines the quantification process and is seamlessly connected to the audit trail to ensure the estimate is always up to date for more accurate bids.
Estimation MEP offers estimating management functionality, including labour and productivity factoring; flexible work breakdown structures; calculation of other costs, markup and overhead; and the ability to quickly see material and labour costs under different scenarios. As a native cloud solution, Estimation MEP offers collaboration and connected workflow capabilities, adding value and streamlining processes for greater return on investment.
