What does registration include?
When you register to attend Dimensions, you will select the type of pass you wish to purchase. A full conference pass grants you access to the whole Dimensions experience, while day passes provide access only on the given day. Events and activities include:
Keynotes, sessions and interactive computer labs
Access to the Expo Hall & Offsite Expo (including transportation)
Monday night networking event
Wednesday night customer appreciation party
Most meals Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (plus snacks!)
Opportunities to earn continuing education credits
How much does it cost?
The cost of a full conference pass varies from $1,395–$2,195, depending on how far in advance it is purchased. We also offer special rates on full conference passes for educational institutions, startup companies and government employees. Group rates are available for those bringing 10+ attendees. For those unable to attend the full conference, single-day passes can be purchased for $875.
Are there group discounts?
Are guest passes available?
Yes. Dimensions Customer Appreciation Party guest passes are available to those who purchase a full conference pass. A guest pass costs $300 and is valid only for admission to the customer appreciation party on Wednesday night. Guest passes are not valid for main conference activities, breakout sessions, the Monday night networking event, or meals.
Are flight and hotel expenses included?
No. Attendees are responsible for all travel, lodging, transportation and incidental expenses.
What payment options are accepted?
We accept payment via credit card (MasterCard, Visa or American Express), check or wire transfer.
Can I have an invoice sent for my registration expense?
Yes. After registering for the conference a confirmation email, including an invoice for your purchases, will be sent to the email address you used to create your account.
Where do I mail my payment?
Make your check payable to Enterprise Events Group and include your name or a copy of your registration information. Check payments are due 14 business days after completing your registration. What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made prior to 5:00pm PT on October 12, 2026 will receive a full refund on a conference pass minus a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after 5:00pm PT on October 12, 2026. Requests must be made in writing via email or mail.

When and where is the conference?
Dimensions is happening on November 9-11, 2026 at The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Do I need a visa to attend if I'm traveling from outside the US?
Residents of most countries need a visa to enter the United States. Confirm current visa requirements with your nearest consulate or embassy. If you have questions, please contact 2026dimensions@trimble-events.com.
Is there an age limit to attend Dimensions?
You must be 21 years of age to attend Dimensions User Conference and all related events, including the Expo Hall, the Monday night networking event and the customer appreciation party.
How do I enroll in the sessions I want to attend?
The session catalog, with descriptions of all the sessions available at Dimensions, will be available in early summer. The ability to enroll in sessions will go live near the end of summer. Once activated, registered attendees may enroll in the sessions (as space allows) and build a personal event agenda.
What type of educational credits can I receive at Dimensions?
We offer Professional Development Hours (PDH) and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits. These will be applied on a session-by-session basis. Please note that state and local boards have the final authority on the acceptance of these individual courses and credits.
What should I expect when visiting the Offsite Expo?
A visit to the Offsite Expo typically takes about 4-5 hours
Plan to miss at least two consecutive session slots while visiting the Offsite Expo
Please do not schedule breakout sessions during the time you plan to be at the Offsite Expo
You may visit the Offsite Expo at any time the buses are running
The Offsite Expo is located about 45 minutes away from The Venetian
Buses depart every 15-30 minutes and are first-come/first-serve
Some food and beverages will be served at the Offsite Expo
Important safety information: The Offsite Expo is a live worksite and requires walking on a dirt path. Hard hats and safety vests will be provided. Sturdy, closed-toe footwear is required. Steel-toe boots are not necessary. Attendees without appropriate footwear will not be admitted to the site. A safety video will be shown on the bus.
How do I get my badge?
You must visit the onsite registration area at Dimensions to get your badge, which will be printed when you check in. Watch for an email in the days leading up to the conference with further instructions. There will also be signs to help guide you to the right place at The Venetian.
What should I wear?
All Dimensions events and activities are “business comfortable.” Whatever that means for you is fine with us.
Are presentations available in languages other than English?
All presentations at Dimensions will be in English.
Who should attend Dimensions?
Dimensions user conference is primarily for construction, engineering and geospatial professionals, yet there is representation from other industries we serve. Please note that the agriculture and transportation industries are not represented at Dimensions, but transportation is the focus of our Insight Tech Conference + Expo in San Diego, California, taking place September 27-29.

What is the sponsorship cancellation policy?
All sponsor cancellations must be made in writing to one of the addresses listed below.

Cancellations received by Trimble or its designee prior to 5:00pm PT on September 9, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $500 processing fee. Cancellations received by Trimble or its designee after 5:00pm PT on September 9, 2026 through October 12, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations received after 5:00pm PT on October 12, 2026 will receive no refund. Refunds will not be given for no-shows or for any reason post-conference.
Hotel & travel
How do I reserve a room at the special rate?
Booking a room through our dedicated reservation site automatically applies a special nightly rate of $280 (plus tax and a discounted daily resort fee of $35). The rate applies through October 9, 2026 or until rooms fill up. When available, you can find the link for booking on the Overview page of our website.
A deposit equal to one night of the special rate (plus tax) is required to guarantee your reservation.
The resort fee will be charged at the time of occupancy.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to present the credit card used for your deposit. If that credit card is unavailable, another valid form of payment is required (such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, China Union Pay or Diners Club). The booking deposit refund will be applied to the original credit card.
Guests must be 21 years of age to check in to the hotel.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 72 hours before your arrival.

How much is the daily resort fee and what is included?
All guests at The Venetian are required to pay a daily resort fee. Dimensions attendees receive a discounted rate of $35 (plus tax). The regular rate is $45. The resort fee includes:
access for two to the fitness facility at the Canyon Ranch® spa + fitness
in-suite internet access
boarding pass printing at the Concierge desk
unlimited local and toll-free calls
access to thousands of top magazines and newspapers with the PressReader app

How do I make travel arrangements?
Attendees are responsible for booking their own travel to and from the conference.
What are some things to do in Las Vegas?
