Who controls who uses our organization’s Trimble Credits?
Primary and secondary account owners can manage your organization’s Trimble Credits pool within the Trimble Admin Console. Owners can monitor credit consumption and can grant or revoke individual team members’ access to the organization’s credit pool at any time.
Where can I check my remaining credit balance?
Primary and secondary account owners can log into the Trimble Admin Console at any time to view their organization’s credit balance, review consumption history, and purchase additional Trimble Credits.
How many Trimble Credits will I need?
Your needs depend on the consumption rate of the specific features you use and the frequency of use. To estimate and manage your usage:
Estimate your usage: Use the Trimble Credits calculator, located on the rate card, to generate a recommendation based on your expected usage.
Track usage over time: as your team uses Trimble Credits, Account Owners can access and use past and current usage history to better forecast future purchases.
What happens if an application error or crash occurs?
If a technical error or application crash occurs while a credits-based process is running and Trimble Credits are deducted without generating an output, please contact our support team for assistance.
Can I transfer Trimble Credits to an affiliate or another company?
No. Trimble Credits cannot be transferred to another company, account, or affiliate.
How will I know when my Trimble Credits are about to expire?
Account owners will receive email notifications 30 days, 15 days and 24 hours before their Credits are set to expire.
