Trimble Adds Three GPS-on-Cellular Applications for GSM-based
BlackBerry Smartphones with Built-in GPS

Trimble Fitness Training, Geocaching and GPS Navigation Services are now Available for the
BlackBerry 8800, BlackBerry 8820 and BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphones

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Nov. 13, 2007 — Trimble (NASDAQ: TRMB) today announced the availability of three of its GPS phone applications for GSM-based BlackBerry® smartphones with built-in GPS, which include the BlackBerry® 8800, BlackBerry® 8820 and BlackBerry® Curve™ 8310 smartphones from Research In Motion (RIM) (NASDAQ: RIMM; TSX: RIM). The AllSport GPS™, Geocache Navigator™ and Trimble Outdoors™ applications from the Trimble Outdoors family of GPS-on-cellular products and services provide BlackBerry smartphone users with the lifestyle solutions they demand on the go.

Now more than ever, users of smartphones are interested in GPS-based applications. AllSport GPS

With the AllSport GPS application, BlackBerry smartphone users looking to jumpstart or maintain their fitness routine can track exercise activity by monitoring time, speed, calories burned, and distance traveled during outdoor workouts. Additionally, users may download map images and recommended routes to their phones, view performance statistics, and store workouts to monitor progress or share with friends. The application supports a variety of outdoor activities including walking, running, cycling and mountain biking.

Geocache Navigator

Geocaching is a high-tech treasure hunt that is rapidly gaining widespread adoption worldwide. Geocache Navigator is the only application that brings geocaching capabilities to the mobile phone and provides real time access to, the largest geocache database in the world.
