Northeastern University’s Facilities Division is responsible:

• Planning, design and construction of new buildings

• Extension, renewal and replacement of existing plant facilities

• Prudent use of energy through the efficient operations of the campus utility distribution systems

The group manages 150-200 capital projects every year that range in cost from $20,000 to $200 million for customers that include the University Board of Directors to the nine individual colleges and schools.
