B2W software support

B2W support is absolutely the greatest I’ve ever seen from a software company. The tech staff knows its stuff. Whenever we call, we never have to escalate through multiple levels to get something resolved.

I called at exactly midnight. Seven minutes later I received a phone call back & they stepped me through the solution on the phone. That level and dedication to customer service just doesn’t exist with the other software suppliers I’ve had experience with.

Accessibility to the full resources of the company and the enthusiasm for helping us succeed is the opposite of what you see with most software companies and really reflects the unique character of B2W as a company.
