Notice at Collection required by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
This Notice applies solely to residents of the State of California (“California consumers”) who are visitors or users of our websites, applications, products, software and services.

  • This Notice supplements the Trimble Privacy Notice, which also contains additional information for California residents regarding their CCPA rights.

  • For Trimble employees and candidates, the US Candidate and Employee Privacy Notice applies instead of this Notice at Collection.

  • This Notice at Collection does not apply to any information that is excluded from the definition of Personal Information under CCPA.

The following chart describes the categories of Personal Information that Trimble Inc. and its affiliates ("Trimble") may have collected about California consumers in the preceding twelve (12) months through our websites, applications, products, software, and services. Personal Information in one category may overlap with other categories.

We use the following criteria to determine the retention period for the categories of Personal Information set forth below: (i) the duration of the customer relationship, (ii) applicable laws, rules, regulations, and (iii) governmental requirements.
