Rotational program
Plan and build your career
Our Rotational Development Program invites a cohort of graduates to join the Trimble team on an annual basis. As a participant, you'll learn on the job while immersed in a variety of teams and functions. After completing the program, you'll have a clear sense of the interests and strengths needed to thrive in your career.
Learn while doing actual work
Over 24 months, you will rotate through three or four business areas of interest, providing opportunities to:
- Get hands-on experience with hardware and software
- Diagnose out-of-box failures and warranties
- Represent Trimble at trade shows
- Participate in product development
- Support the sales team
- Assist with reaching department and organization goals
- Take on individual and team-based projects
- Perform testing and analysis on products
- Facilitate team meetings
- Develop leadership skills
Get experience across different departments
While our programs vary, each one offers exposure to different divisions and/or departments, including:
- Agriculture and precision agriculture
- Buildings, MEP, SketchUp, general and specialty contracting
- Civil and site engineering/construction
- Data management/information systems
- Distribution & logistics/export/import
