If you feel ill or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 before or during the conference, we ask that you refrain from attending event activities*. Masks, rapid tests and hand sanitizer will be available to attendees onsite. As you will be gathering with thousands of other attendees at the event, please be cognizant and respectful of the health of those around you. For additional information on the symptoms of COVID-19, refer to the CDC guidelines.
While vaccines will not be required at the event, it is important to respect the preferences of those around you. Ask for permission before shaking hands, hugging or coming into contact with another attendee. We will be providing color coded buttons that indicate levels of comfort to help alleviate some of this uncertainty.
*Those who are unable to attend the conference due to a positive COVID-19 test will receive a credit to attend the next Dimensions+ conference.
Will I need to provide proof of vaccination to attend Dimensions+?
Will I be required to wear a mask at Dimensions+?
We will follow local mandates regarding masking. While masks may not be required, employees should respect others' decisions on whether to wear a mask.
Is social distancing required?
Although not required, we encourage attendees to practice social distancing measures, including keeping a physical distance of six feet where possible, as recommended by the CDC.
What specific cleaning actions are being taken by Trimble for this event?
We are working with the Venetian Resort Las Vegas to ensure that CDC-recommended cleaning protocols are followed during the event and that high-touch surfaces are being thoroughly disinfected.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event areas and in the Expo Hall. Masks and rapid tests will also be available on an as-needed basis. To ensure the safety of yourself and others, wash your hands often with soap for at least 20 seconds, and use hand sanitizer before and after touching shared items.
