Jennifer Allison became Trimble's General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in April 2023, having previously served as Vice President & General Counsel, Construction Sector, Trimble, since July 2018. Prior to joining Trimble, Ms. Allison served as General Counsel to Viewpoint, Inc. Ms. Allison also served as General Counsel at Tripwire, and prior to that, she served as the Assistant General Counsel, Director of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance for EthicsPoint (now NAVEX Global). Ms. Allison also clerked for the Oregon Supreme Court. Ms. Allison received her Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Portland State University and her JD from Lewis & Clark Law School.
