The Construction Project Management (CPM) department is an internal organization within each construction project, headed by the Construction Manager or, in some cases, the Fire Safety System (FSS) coordinator. The CPM ensures the transformation of architectural visions into reality . Its role extends beyond mere on-site activities. It embodies the guarantee of faithful and high-quality execution of construction projects.
Established by the MOP law of 1985 and reinforced by the decree of November 29, 1993 , the DET is a mandatory device for all construction projects.

Who is the MOE and what are its roles?
The Project Manager (MOE) is at the head of the DET , and coordinates and supervises all phases of the project, from genesis to delivery.The roles of the MOE are as follows:
Monitoring of works : the project manager ensures constant supervision to guarantee the progress and quality of the works, adapting the project to the realities on the ground if necessary.
