Paris, France, June 1****er 2023 - Trimble today announced the launch in Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland of its Viewpoint For Projects™ project management system and Viewpoint Field View™ software, which enables reporting, presentation and sharing of construction site data.
This launch extends the availability of these solutions, already offered in the UK and Benelux, in versions adapted for four new markets.
Cloud-based project collaboration system: Viewpoint For Projects
Viewpoint For Projects is a cloud-based solution for the management, planning and delivery of construction project information. It facilitates project documentation and the secure sharing, control and collaborative working of construction project documents and drawings, with revision control on all sides. Viewpoint For Projects makes it easier for contractors to comply with the ISO 19650 standard for information management throughout the lifecycle of a built asset.
Viewpoint For Projects gives project managers an instant overview of the status of all their projects, with the ability to create customized reports and share project data with stakeholders. The solution helps avoid duplication and working with obsolete document versions by developing a culture of accountability through comprehensive verification procedures and workflows. Fast, secure paperless processes: Viewpoint Field View
Launched in the same new markets as Viewpoint for Projects, Viewpoint Field View is a software solution that enables site data to be captured, shared and communicated securely and comprehensively. It also provides important information on project performance to increase return on investment, mitigate risk and boost productivity. Field View is an offline, cloud-based mobile solution that helps to quickly resolve issues, reduce risks and deliver higher quality projects through rigorous, paperless processes in the field. Thanks to dashboards, users - project managers, quality managers and health and safety officers - obtain information that helps them to analyze the data collected on site as part of their projects, in order to make decisions. The Viewpoint Field View solution is also equipped with features specifically designed to streamline processes, making it considerably easier to produce inspection and test plans (ITP or PIE) and submit them to major contractors.
