Project description
Design, manufacture and assembly of a primary station for a limestone quarry. The unit consists of :
1 material receiving hopper
2 disc scalpers for removing waste rock fractions
1 jaw crusher
1 set of conveyors to feed the rest of the process
Challenges to meet
The project was processed as a shared model via Tekla Model Sharing, which reduced the design time.
The project was shared with the customer via Trimble Connect to facilitate fine-tuning and check progress.
Machine ifcs (crusher, scalper, rock breaker, extractors, primary hopper) have been integrated into the model.
