Project description
This project involves the construction of a coliving building, part of a real estate complex called "Les Jetées". It will be built as part of the Rhine banks development project in Huningue.
Their architectural ambitions and the resonance between exterior and interior spaces call for in-depth thermal studies. This was done in close collaboration with the structural design office, given the constraints of seismic zone 3.
Our design office was responsible for 2 separate work packages for Building C: the HVAC and smoke control work package, and the plumbing and sanitary work package. This included the design and sizing of the ventilation and smoke extraction networks, as well as the drinking water supply networks (hot, loop and cold water), and the drainage networks.
Challenges to meet
ERP in the middle of the building (sauna and sports hall), implying compliance with different standards within the same project.
