Project description
This project involves the construction of a new school complex to accommodate children from kindergarten to primary school. It also includes a crèche and a gymnasium. It is being built within the framework of the city of Annemasse to meet the growing needs of our department.
The school complex was designed to be a PASSIVE building. From its composition to its structure (specific concrete to respect passivity), internal partitions made of terracotta, also a wooden architecture for the floors as well as the floors between levels.
Our ventilation and heating package has been designed to meet the standards of a passive building. For heating, we use a heat pump coupled with geothermal energy. Our heating networks are low-temperature, and we supply low-temperature community radiators, radiant panels and hydraulic coils for the air handling units. This heating network is reversible, which means we have to comply with the appropriate insulation class.
Our company has been selected to supply the HVAC package.
We are in charge of sizing, layout and positioning all HVAC equipment, as well as finding the best technical solution.
