Project description

Commercial building. The special feature of this project is its curved roof shape, timber frame and mixed wood/aluminium brise soleil cladding.

Challenges to meet

  • Design, manufacture and assembly of a curved glass envelope

  • Design, manufacture and assembly of wooden sunshades

Use Trimble BIM solutions to :

  • Coordination of the different lots, structural work and carpentry. IFC exchanges.

  • 3D modeling of reconstructed welded profiles (PRS)

  • Tekla Model Sharing enables multiple collaborators to work simultaneously
