DIMENSIONS USER CONFERENCE

Call for speakers

We're looking for speakers to inform and inspire industry peers from around the globe. Will you answer the call?

The call for speakers is open through April 15, 2026.

Share your story

Join us as a speaker at Dimensions and lead an educational session on how technology is transforming the way you work. Use the guidelines below to create a successful proposal and become part of the agenda this November in Las Vegas.

Dimensions attendees are deep in conversation at a round table in a session room.

What, who and why?

The first steps in planning your presentation are determining a topic and defining your audience.

The topic you choose for your presentation should be relatable, interesting and beneficial to Dimensions attendees looking to use their Trimble solutions with confidence. At the end of your presentation, your audience should walk away with new, ready-to-engage ideas for taking their work to the next level.

Apply your personal story, sharing how a challenge affected you and how you worked to solve it. While it's valuable to discuss any technology you used, stressing the effect of the technology makes for a more compelling session.

Dimensions attendees represent a wide range of experience and skill levels from industries around the world. Rather than trying to please everyone (not possible), focus your proposal on empowering the right user type to take their learning to the next level.

Provide your audience with new ideas for addressing an industry challenge, the next steps needed to act, and the inspiration to get started right now.

Match your expertise with audience interests

Dimensions attracts people from multiple industries and job functions whose interests span a wide range of topics. Listed below is some of the most in-demand content from past events, but fresh ideas are always welcome. Keep this in mind when creating your proposal.

How have positioning-centric hardware and software changed the way your work gets done across project lifecycles?
What are some new and better ways for surveyors to capture, manage, and analyze high-precision geospatial data?
How have software solutions like Vista, Spectrum, and ProjectSight transformed project, process and people management?
What can construction teams do to take on-time, under-budget project delivery from feeling like a fantasy to becoming a reality?
What can mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors do to simplify how they bid and build?
How is technology helping engineers eliminate waiting, rework and miscommunication across the design process?
How have SketchUp’s AI-powered tools and connected cloud workflows redefined conceptual design iteration and professional documentation?
How do detailed, data-rich structural BIM workflows increase efficiency and accuracy for construction teams?

Build a successful presentation proposal

Once you know what you want to present, you're ready to create a proposal. You need to focus on three key things: a title, an abstract and a short biography.

Offline submission form

Title
Great titles clearly define the topic, promise a desired outcome and create a sense of urgency.
