Trimble uses Automated Decision-Making Technology (ADMT) for certain employment-related decisions, such as screening candidates for hiring or job changes. Trimble does not use ADMT for employment-related decisions for residents of New York City. To ensure fairness and transparency, Trimble provides all candidates and employees with the rights detailed below regarding the use of personal information in these systems. This page also explains your rights under laws that require notice about these tools; to read more about a right, press the "+" button.
You have the right to request a human review of any adverse employment decision made with the assistance of ADMT through the form below. If you exercise this right, Trimble will conduct a meaningful human review of the ADMT decision to determine if reconsideration is appropriate. This review will be conducted by a trained individual with the authority to override the ADMT-assisted outcome. We will notify you of our determination within 30 days. If you have additional information or facts you believe are relevant to the review, you may provide that information through the form below.
You have the right to know what type of personal information was collected for the ADMT, the source of that information and to request access to your specific data that was used by the tool. You may also request a high-level summary of the ADMT's output related to the decision.
You have the right to request through the form below corrections to any factually inaccurate personal data used by the ADMT.
You have the right to opt out of ADMT used to make an employment-related decision about you through the form below. If you exercise this right, Trimble will use an alternative, non-ADMT process for the specified employment decision-making process.
