Corporate Vice President, General Counsel und Corporate Secretary

Jennifer Allison wurde im April 2023 zum General Counsel und Corporate Secretary von Trimble ernannt, nachdem sie bereits seit Juli 2018 als Vice President und General Counsel für den Bausektor bei Trimble tätig war. Vor ihrem Eintritt bei Trimble war sie General Counsel für Viewpoint, Inc. sowie General Counsel bei Tripwire und davor Assistant General Counsel, Director of Human Resources und Corporate Compliance bei EthicsPoint (jetzt NAVEX Global). Jennifer Allison arbeitete auch als juristische Mitarbeiterin am Supreme Court von Oregon. Sie erwarb ihren Bachelor-Abschluss in englischer Literatur an der Portland State University und ihren juristischen Abschluss (JD) an der Lewis & Clark Law School.
