The Trimble TMR1 is a dual ISM band (865-870 and 902-928 MHz) networked transceiver supporting license-free wireless communications around the world. With available throughput up 2.6 Mbps, the TMR1 allows you to seamlessly integrate both serial and Ethernet traffic as well as having the throughput available for video. Range as high as 70 miles has been demonstrated in low noise environments. The TMR1’s high performance and versatility make it ideal for oil/gas, water and electric utilities, environmental monitoring and agricultural applications.

The Trimble TMR1 is equipped with two data connectors: one for serial/power and one for Ethernet. This allows you to attach sensors to the TMR1 in the field and to communicate with any TMR1 via Ethernet cables, a LAN/ WAN or the Internet. The TMR1 supports communication with various sensors. 

Trimble Seismic Systems
The data from Trimble recording instruments for hazard mitigation and earthquake research can be put directly into Trimble’s Monitoring Solution. Trimble 4D Control now supports peak acceleration using seismic hardware. This data is stored in the Monitoring database where alarming and visualization can be controlled through the web interface. 

Trimble Kestrel System
The seismogeodetic system integrates seismic recording with GNSS geodetic measurements in a single compact, ruggedized package to create high-rate (200 sps), full epoch-to-epoch measurement integrity, real-time displacement with sufficient accuracy and very low latency for infrastructure monitoring and precise scientific applications with a focus on a wide spectrum of natural hazard mitigation applications.

Trimble Total Stations
Trimble 4D Control provides support for the S7, S8 and S9 Total Stations with FineLock technology for precise monitoring of points up to 2,500 meters away with one centimeter accuracy. Designed to handle demanding jobs and difficult environments, Trimble Total Stations are ideal for engineering and monitoring applications that depend on fast, accurate measurements.

Trimble GNSS
Trimble GNSS provides long-range accuracy and rapid update rates. Compact and rugged, the Trimble NetR9 GNSS Reference Receiver is capable of tracking all existing and planned GNSS signals. The Trimble NetR9 Ti-M receiver is supported for real-time monitoring applications.

The Trimble TMR1 is built to survive in real world industrial applications, from mines and construction sites to warehouses and oil rigs. The rugged aluminum housing and connectors are certified to withstand submersion in 1 meter of water and are chemically treated to withstand corrosion.

Bridge Monitoring- The TMR1 is an ideal choice for bridge monitoring where monitoring sensors are dispersed all around the structure and running communication cables are both expensive and impractical.  The rugged, all-weather design of the TMR1 allows it to be easily installed without any additional infrastructure.  

Dam Monitoring- The TMR1 radio allows reliable data transmission from GNSS systems installed at the crest of the dam, total stations outside of the dam, and seismic systems deployed around the dam reservoir.  This allows for monitoring of the dam structure along with induced seismicity.

Mine Monitoring-The TMR1 provides seamless data transmission to enable slope stability monitoring for mining operations using Trimble Total Stations installed in open pit mines back to the operation control room where the data is analyzed by the Trimble 4D Control software.

Utilities Monitoring- The TMR1 makes it easy to do remote monitoring of pipelines and transmission structures for which cabled network infrastructure is generally very costly.  

Volcano Monitoring -The ruggedness of the TMR1 and long range of data transmission make the TMR1 an excellent choice for volcano monitoring where seismic systems are deployed around a volcano and the data is transmitted to a centralized acquisition and processing system which can be located up to 70 miles from the active volcano.
