Field service companies require real-time information about the location and activities of their mobile workforce to meet service goals and improve productivity. Designed as an optional feature for Trimble GeoManager, Field Service Reports helps managers gain visibility into the departure, arrival and activities of all field service workers.

Field Service Reports collect, monitor and report on events in the field, providing you information that measures actual worker productivity against planned goals.

Providing you with the ability to run activity, inactivity and stops reports, Field Service Reports may be generated on-demand or scheduled for periodic email delivery.


Field Service Reports offer four essential configuration features and five major report types:

All reports are available in vehicle-based or employee-based formats.
  • Identify when workers leave their starting point, such as a work yard or terminal.
  • Compare scheduled arrivals and departures with actual arrival and departure times.
  • Reduce non-billable time at the end of the day.
  • Measure the amount of time mobile workers spend at each work center and the number of stops made at each location.
