Enhanced Proliferation Control Initiative (EPCI)/End User Form:

Orders shipped to or billed to countries listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce D Group Country List, will require submission of a complete, signed EPCI form. Orders are prevented from booking until the EPCI form has been received. This form provides written assurance that Trimble product will not be used by, or in, any nuclear, missile, or Chemical/Biological weaponry end user or end uses. This information will also be reviewed to determine any export licensing requirements.

This form is to be completed by the end user. Completion of the EPCI form does not replace any export licensing requirements.
