VC Overview Sample(VC Overview.zip - 79 KB)The VC Overview Sample is written with Microsoft Visual C++ and has similar functionality to the Visual Basic Tutorial VB Overview. The GPS Pathfinder Tools Getting Started Guide contains important notes on the development of this sample. Please refer to Chapter 5 Development Considerations section Application Development with Visual C++.

The Odyssey CFCOM wrapper is a general-purpose COM interoperability library that allows Compact Framework applications to work with any COM or ActiveX component. To use the GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK in a managed application, you must use the Odyssey CFCOM library.

The Skyplot and Slider sample application contains Active X controls to be used in conjunction with GPS Pathfinder Tools applications. These controls allow Tools developers to display satellite information in either a graphical skyplot view, or in a list view. In addition, a slider control is included to provide a method of simplifying GPS configuration control. The developer must have the PFTools.ocx file installed and registered to use the Skyplot and Slider controls.
