How to update

  1. Take the update instructions from Update.pdf. Read carefully this information.
  2. Download file with the necessary language version on your PC and unzip these files on a disc.
Attention! Downloading and updating your instrument is done so at your own risk.

Whilst every effort has been made to make the updating process as easy and as fail-safe as possible, please understand that an update changes the internal program structure and settings of the instrument. If the process fails, there is some risk that the instrument will lose some constants that define the accuracy of the instrument, and will require re-servicing at the nearest Trimble Authorized Service Centre.

In order to minimise the risk of improper updating please follow this advice:
  1. Only use the update for your instrument
  2. Always use a fully charged battery
  3. Always read and understand the update instructions
  4. If you have any doubt about your understanding, please contact a Trimble representative.
