The installer won`t work on a computer with Windows 7 64-bit as OS. The FW is compatible with Trimble SCS900 Site Controller Software version 2.8 or later and Trimble GCS900 version 11.0 or later which was released in May 2010. GCS version 10.8 customers shouldn`t upgrade to C8 or C9 firmware. GCS version 10.8 is only compatible with firmware version C7.2.2. You must upgrade your machine software to version 11.0 or later in order to communicate with an instrument running C8.0.37 or later
