You are entitled to an upgrade to RealWorks Survey 6.4 if you have purchased the software within the past 12 months, or if you have valid EW (extended warranty). To obtain an upgrade license, first install the software. Then follow these instructions: 1. Ensure that your current dongle (with Version 6.3 license) is plugged in to your computer. 2. Navigate to C:\Programs\RealWorks Survey Advanced 6.4 (or C:\Programs\RealWorks Survey Standard 6.4, depending on the version) and double click LicenseInfo.exe. 3. Click the "Upgrade" button on the window that appears. 4. Copy the purchase code and paste it into an e-mail (with "RealWorks Survey upgrade" in the subject field) addressed to trimble_support@trimble.com or call 1-800-767-4822 (USA only). After verification of your upgrade status, you will receive an upgrade code and a lock version 3 code. Repeat steps 1 to 3 above. Paste the upgrade code into the space provided and click "Upgrade". Click the "Upgrade" button again and paste the lock version 3 code into the space provided and click "Upgrade". This will complete your upgrade procedure.
