    GPS Pathfinder Tools Evaluation Version

    The GPS Pathfinder® Tools Software Development Kit (SDK) lets developers easily integrate accurate GPS positioning into spatial applications. The GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK is a collection of ActiveX (OCX) software objects and programmable automation objects which can be embedded in
    32-bit Windows applications. The GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK provides a clean and simple interface to a range of Trimble® GPS receivers, allowing users to build applications that control and monitor the GPS receiver's operation.

    This evaluation software enables you to explore the capabilities and functionality of the GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK software on your desktop computer. The evaluation version of the GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK targets the Win32 platform only.

    This version differs from the full version in two ways:

  • The GPS Receiver Control supports operation in Simulation mode only and cannot be connected to a GPS receiver.
  • The Coordinate Transformer Object has been modified to prevent coordinate system settings persistence. The evaluation version of the Coordinate Transformer can only be used to make Coordinate System transformations through the use of the ShowCoordinateSystemDialog and the various transformation methods.
