GPS Pathfinder ProXH and ProXT Receivers: Issue with Turning off Bluetooth using GPS Firmware 2.03(SprtNote_ProXH-XT_New_FW_0112.pdf - 57 KB)This support note describes an issue specific to the Trimble® GPS Pathfinder® ProXH™ and ProXT™ receivers with GPS firmware version 2.03, when turning off the Bluetooth® wireless radio. When the Bluetooth radio is turned off using the five second key press, the receivers may go into a state that renders the Bluetooth functionality unusable. All products that have GPS firmware version 2.03 should be upgraded to version 2.04 to avoid this issue.
GPS Pathfinder ProXT and ProXH Receivers: Important Product Advisory(SprtNote_ProXT_ProXH_AC_Adaptor_Issue_1210.pdf - 166 KB)Three incidents have been reported where an internal connector inside a GPS Pathfinder ProXH or XT receiver has overheated while the battery was charging. This caused localized melting of a small part of the plastic casing. In none of the cases was there any injury, fire, or risk of electric shock as a consequence of the internal connector failure.
