Trimble Announces Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Trades Workshop
3-Day Workshop Focuses on Estimating, Project Management, CAD Detailing and
SUNNYVALE, Calif., July 18, 2011—Trimble (NASDAQ:TRMB) announced today its first mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) Workshop to be held August 9-11, 2011 in Bethesda, Maryland. The workshop will provide the opportunity for trade professionals to expand their knowledge on current Accubid®, QuickPen® and Trimble® software and hardware solutions, while uncovering new efficiencies to help support the Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflow.
Focused on estimators, engineers, detailers and project managers, the Trimble MEP Workshop is designed to help attendees better utilize the current suite of products they currently own. In addition, attendees will have the chance to explore new features and functionalities that can help to stimulate an increase in efficiency and productivity within their organizations.
Attendees will find a selection of classes ranging from beginning to advanced, covering the following solutions: Accubid Classic Estimating and Accubid Enterprise Estimating; QuickPen AutoBid Mechanical and QuickPen AutoBid SheetMetal; QuickPen PipeDesigner 3D; QuickPen Vulcan Fabrication Software; and the Trimble MEP Layout Solution.
