Mary Kay Strangis

Mary Kay Strangis joined Trimble as vice president of human resources in August 2008, with an extensive background that includes leadership positions in human resources and financial management. From 2006 to 2008 she served as a vice president of compensation and benefits at Spansion LLC, a previous joint venture of AMD and Fujitsu. She had a variety of roles at Agilent Technologies including director of executive compensation and global equity programs as well as finance controller positions. Strangis began her career at Hewlett Packard in 1981 where she held senior management positions in financial planning and analysis. She holds a BS degree in business administration from San Jose State University.
