Trimble DriverID, an optional feature of TrimView, allows managers to easily and accurately identify which employee is driving which vehicle, allowing companies with multiple shifts, vehicles and drivers to monitor driver activity by driver, not just the vehicle.

Vehicle operators log in and out using the EchoLDX Mobile Data Terminal each time they operate the vehicle. Utilizing web-based administration tools for managing drivers, managers can generate reports detailing vehicle and driver activity.

DriverID helps companies manage their mobile workers more efficiently, improving employee safety by increasing the driver's personal responsibility for their activities during work hours.

Management Reports

  • Driver Activity Report - provides a listing of the vehicle(s) they operate, times of operation and cumulative usage.
  • Vehicle Usage Report - provides a listing of all vehicle activity including summarized daily hours and daily mileage.

Web Administration Tools

DriverID provides a set of web-based administration tools for managing drivers and driver groups. Reports use this information to show which drivers operated specific vehicles. Driver grouping provides a way to gather a selection of drivers and create a report based specifically upon them.

  • Track your employees and vehicles more accurately.
  • Group drivers to monitor a selection of employees.
  • Reduce risks to employees and assets from unsafe driving behaviors.
  • Increase you driver's personal responsibility.
