    The 4 September 2008 update has a modified installation which will allow installation in either AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 or AutoCAD Civil 2009 systems.

    To force an installation in a specific language the installation must be started with special command line parameters:

    English: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L0009
    German: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L0007
    Spanish: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L000a
    French: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L040c
    Italian: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L0010
    Chinese: TrimbleLinkforAutoCADCivil3D2009 -a -L0804

    This installation includes the following updates from the original 14 April 2008 system:
    • Installation modified to allow installation in both AutoCAD Civil 3D 2009 and AutoCAD Civil 2009 systems
    • Alignment export: Added ability to export site independent alignments
    • Import: Improved matching of different figure prefixes starting with the same letter
    • Import: Improved method of recording figures using Close Rectangle command
    • Road export: Added checks to avoid exporting cross-sections that are extremely close together
    • Road export: A cross-section point is always exported at zero offset even if not assigned a code in the assembly used
