Registry Automation

A public land registry is responsible for recording, indexing and archiving large volumes of land records and transactions for sellers, buyers, owners and lenders. The land registry and its records become the legal basis to prevent and to settle property disputes by serving as the official record of ownership and related real property interests.

The registry component of landfolio provides a full registry automation solution. As an integrated component of the landfolio software suite, landfolio registry can operate as a stand alone registry automation solution or can be integrated with existing cadastral mapping and property valuation systems.

The registry component of the landfolio suite provides the following functions:

  • Modernizes and automates existing manual land registration systems
  • Provides the ability to incorporate local land registry data into regional, state and national registry systems
  • Enables archiving and public access to electronic land and property information

Users of landfolio registry will benefit by having a system that:

  • Expedites the processing of the requests
  • Creates transparent, accurate and auditable land records
  • Enables retrieval of information over the Internet
