The computers and other electronics are housed in an anti-vibration, shock-resistant, industrial rack securely fastened to the vehicle frame. Eight rubber shock pads allow all computer subsystems to float in the rack, reducing the vibration transfer. The rack meets military and ATA specifications. It is easy to remove from the vehicle if required, also serving as a shipping container.
The number of computers and their individual specifications are determined based on the selected data capture sensors, as well as potential upgrade needs.
