GNSS-Inertial Positioning and Orientation Systems
The Trimble AP is a series of embedded GNSS-Inertial OEM boards plus Inertial Measurement Units (IMU) for continuous mobile positioning in poor signal environments and high-accuracy direct georeferencing of imaging sensors.
Featuring a high-performance precision GNSS receiver and the industry leading Applanix IN-Fusion™ GNSS-Inertial SW running on a powerful, dedicated Inertial Engine (IE) board, the modular design of the AP ensures full, high-rate GNSS-inertial processing without sacrificing performance, and provides an upgrade path to next generation GNSS technology as it becomes available.
AP10
A cost-effective, self contained GNSS-Inertial OEM board set plus MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit for continuous positioning during short or partial GNSS signal outages.
Internal Rim DMI
Provides wheel velocity to help bridge GNSS signal outages. Robust proximity-sensing technology for consistent and accurate information. Internal design reduces risk of accidental damage.
External DMI
Simple to install on outside of wheel, provides high accuracy velocity measurements to improve performance during signal outages.
