Daylight Saving Time Change: United States and Canada(MGIS_GeoExplorerReconRanger_WM5PPC2003_DSTupdate.pdf - 186 KB)The U.S. Congress has ordered changes to the dates of Daylight Saving Time (DST). Devices that are powered by the Microsoft® Windows Mobile® version 5.0 software, or Windows Mobile 2003 software for Pocket PCs (“Windows Mobile-based software”) require an update to correctly adjust the time. This update is provided free of charge from Microsoft.
