Transparency in Coverage
The Transparency in Coverage final rule, released on October 29, 2020, requires commercial health plans to provide cost-sharing information to their enrollees and other stakeholders.
Public postings of machine-readable files (MRF) are required for our medical plans. It includes in-network rates and historic out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges with respect to coverage items and services. As part of the legislation that begins on 7/1/2022, we are sharing the links to the MRF.
