Mobile Messaging Terminal for CrossCheck Systems
 The EchoRTX™ terminal is available for system integrators as the messaging component of a mobile asset management system. The terminal connects to Trimble's CrossCheck® GSM or CrossCheck AMPS communicators in the vehicle to receive and display text messages and send predefined text messages to the developers base station application quickly and easily, without using voice communication. The terminal is ruggedly constructed for permanent installation in virtually any type of vehicle. A swivel-mount installation kit enables easy positioning for driver convenience.
The driver can send up to 8 predefined status messages, each with up to 14 qualifiers. The messages and qualifiers can be customized for each installation. The terminal can also receive and display freeform text messages sent by a dispatcher. The large, backlit screen is easy to read in any lighting condition.
The EchoRTX SDK allows system integrators to configure the EchoRTX to suit their particular application, and to communicate with their base station application. It allows them do customize the EchoRTX menus, responses, display language and alphabet.
Note: The EchoRTX SDK must be purchased to configure and load the EchoRTX firmware before use. |
