Trimble's TrimFleet HPS100 provides an automated means of capturing the hydraulic pressure reading produced by a mixer"s drum hydraulic motor. The HPS100 continuously measures the hydraulic pressure and reports the pressure readings back to TrimView through an in-vehicle telematics device. Pressure readings are reported at the following events:

  • End Load
  • First Mix
  • Depart Plant
  • Arrive Job
  • Final Mix
  • Begin Pour

The TrimFleet HPS100 hydraulic pressure readings are displayed in the TrimView "Message Window", "Location and Event History" and in "Event Reports".

The data displayed includes pressure reading, average drum RPM, location of the vehicle, and data related to the vehicle's position. Once collected, the data is then stored in a local TrimViewDB database, allowing the customer to mine the data as needed. In TrimView, users can also create custom reports detailing the HPS100 pressure readings using "Crystal Reports".
