Discontinuation Announcement
for Trimpack III and Centurion Portable GPS Receivers

Trimble officially announces the end of life for the Trimpack™ III and Centurion™ family of portable GPS receiver. This end of life announcement is being made after a very successful product life. Accelerating parts obsolescence for this 1995 6-channel technology and the evolution of 12 channel all-in-view and SAASM-based receivers has necessitated this decision. A limited number of final build-out quantities of these products are available for immediate shipment on a first accepted ordered, first filled basis. There are no minimum buy quantity requirements, however, inventory availability must be confirmed prior to order placement. Some product accessories are available but are also in limited quantities. Contact your local Trimble Sales representative for the latest information concerning inventory status of these product families. Please note that this announcement does not affect purchase orders currently in place. All orders received as the date of this notice will be filled. Also, service and technical support will continue to be provided for these receiver models through 2005 or until replacement parts are no longer available.
