Roof Express is a software system designed to help commercial roofing professionals collect, manage, and present roof information to support their sales process. Roof Express field-data collection software loads onto a handheld PDA with a camera. This handheld computer links to a Trimble® GPS Pathfinder® ProXT™ receiver, allowing the user to quickly produce a roof map as they measure, locate, inventory, photograph, and record rooftop components and deficiencies. The information collected uploads to an internet database service where the user can immediately develop proposals with complete roof condition assessment, roof maps, photos and recommendations. The Roof Express online experience offers users an easy to edit interactive roof map-a dynamic building record that's built up on the roof with the help of the GPS Pathfinder ProXT receiver.
