AMP3 was deployed at NYCT in 2002 as a flexible and cost effective electronic data capture solution to replace the 200 paper forms used to document and correct deficiencies. The solution blends together the advanced technologies and workflow engine of AMP3, with the expertise of Aurigo's construction and project management professionals, to create a powerful solution saving NYCT significant time and money, day after day. Aurigo is now in the process of supporting the roll out of this initiative to the entire maintenance and inspection crew at NYCT's Stations division. Oregon DOT needed a solution to streamline their construction management processes, reduce paperwork, and automate inspection processes for it's multi-billion dollar bridge rebuilding project being carried out by Oregon Bridge Delivery partners. AMP3 Enterprise was chosen to enable OBDP construction staff management manage their entire daily inspection, reporting and approval processes,. In addition, AMP3 administers all historic records for electronic review of a variety of valuable reports and other key data. In 2004 the City of Lakewood hired Perteet Engineering to oversee construction of a $1.1 million construction project. Lakewood and Perteet Engineering required a software solution enabling effect collaboration on the inspection and contract management of the project. Using the AMP3 Mobile Inspector, the City was able to performed daily inspections at the construction site and uploaded work reports directly to the project database. Utilizing the AMP3 Dashboard, project managers from both Perteet and the City were able to review reports direct from the field. The AMP3 solution provided improved collaboration and enhanced decision making. Information could be accessed as required in the necessary format, leading to shorter and more economical work cycles. |
