Advanced Spatial Technologies LLC (AST), based in Oklahoma City, offers organizations complete solutions for mobile geospatial asset, inventory, and territorial management. Our philosophy is data should be entered as close to the work as possible and we have over 30 years' experience in designing and developing simple to use hardware and software systems for the workforce.

AST's primary application is the Spatial Asset Management System (AST SAMS™), a geospatially specific integrated software and hardware management system providing an easily customizable data management platform. AST SAMS™ presents a unique method of tracking field assets; their location and condition, plus their installation and repair history. This system promises significant savings in the asset management process as well as the potential for increased production in several field applications by field user discovery and identification of likely production bottlenecks.

AST SAMS™ integrates high precision MGIS GPS receivers and tablet computers ranging in accuracy from 6 inches to 3 meters from Trimble Navigation, versatile digital cameras from Ricoh Corporation, and the rugged U1, CF-19, or CF-30 Panasonic Toughbooks. In addition, various peripherals and sensors such as RFID, rangefinders, inclinometers, and compasses can be added to the solution as required to meet specific application requirements.

AST SAMS™ offers an immediately available integrated and powerful field data gathering tool ideally suited to each client. Our system can easily be modified by the end user to match the needs of virtually any type of organization in any industry.
