Olympus Innov-X Systems has strategically collaborated with Trimble to provide a Total Field Portable XRF-GPS-Mobile GIS package, called the "Xplorer" package, for use in the mineral exploration, mining, and environmental industries. The system utilizes a Trimble® Nomad® G series handheld, Trimble® Yuma® rugged tablet computer or Trimble® Juno® to conduct real-time geochemical mapping in the field, integrated with ESRI® ArcPad or Encom (Pitney Bowes) Discover Mobile field mobile GIS platforms.
